This may come in the form of professional therapy or a support system of friends and family. \u201cWe are humans who largely thrive on connection and community.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When trying to lose weight, it\u2019s definitely worth pursuing some more calm in your life.
