A European <a href=\"https:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/full\/10.1002\/oby.23673\">study<\/a> found that after a patient starts GLP-1, control over cravings really amps up at week 20 on average, and that desire for both savory and sweet foods has powerfully declined by that time as well. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Which brings us to lunch. Eat the salad with 100% whole-grain crackers, or dip into it with lettuce cups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Construct a veggie bowl, using whatever leftover roasted or sauteed vegetables you have in the fridge.
